The hotel's prime location on a large avenue with lots of traffic allows easy access to the city center and the posh Patio Batel Shopping mall. the hotel also sits close to a lovely park where guests can take evening strolls. the rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, and the staff provides excellent service. A delicious breakfast with various options is included, and the hotel offers a fitness center and high-speed internet access.
The parking garage can be challenging for vehicles larger than small cars.

The breakfast offered a good variety and the staff was welcoming. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops, and a park nearby. The gym was functional with a nice rooftop balcony.
The rooms were on the small side and the street noise could be disruptive. The air conditioning was not particularly impressive.

Had a wonderful stay during Christmas at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious and diverse, with a variety of bread, fruit, and hot drinks. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation and great restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly staff who gave us excellent recommendations for local activities.
The room was a bit small and the noise from the street was sometimes disruptive, but this was to be expected given the central location of the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially towards my one-year-old baby. They provided me with a crib and a portable bathtub, and were always cute to us. The hotel is located close to a beautiful park and a fancy shopping mall, very convenient for us to explore the city. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
